Bellwether Community Credit Union (BCCU) is seeking a dependable, detail oriented individual for the position of Operations Assistant Manager. The Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for the supervision, training, coaching and overall effective management of the department to ensure that an appropriate and complete system of checks and balances are in place regarding quality control throughout the credit union.
ACH Program IRAs
Minimum of two years of operational experience in a financial institution with supervisory responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze data and procedures, and make workflow efficiencies
Demonstrated proficient use of Credit Union software and technologies to include Microsoft Office suite.
