Meet the Presenters
Instructor
Nick Frasca
Nick has been a practicing attorney since 2002. He specializes in real estate matters with a particular emphasis on commercial and residential lending and finance, leasing, land use and development, resolution of complex title issues and litigation. He represents lenders, banking institutions, private investors, developers, businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal issues.
He also assists clients with estate planning and business law matters.
He is very active in the community. Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Front Door Agency and is the Past President of the Board of Directors of the Youth Council. He is on the steering committee of the New Hampshire Russia Rule of Law Commission.

Joy Wood
Joy is the Business Development & Marketing Director for both Frasca & Frasca, P.A. and Frasca Title, LLC. Joy graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with her B.A. in Legal Studies. She started her career as a Paralegal and has experience with Real Estate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, S Corps, Employment law and Tort law.
Joy is a firm believer in positive energy, is passionate about spending time with her family and friends and likes to stay active. She is also an active participant and an advocate for community engagement and charity events.
