Meet the Presenter
Erik Lesniak is a dedicated community leader, coach, and advocate proudly serving Manchester, NH. A Holyoke, MA native with deep Irish roots, Erik has called Manchester home since the early 2000s, when he joined the New Hampshire Fisher Cats organization and went on to serve in senior leadership roles. He currently serves as Business Liaison for the City of Manchester's Economic Development Office.
Named Grand Marshal of the 2025 Manchester St. Patrick's Parade, Erik is deeply involved in numerous civic and nonprofit organizations and has spent decades coaching and mentoring local youth. From leading community initiatives and supporting families in need to volunteering extensively with The Salvation Army, Erik is known for his quiet, behind-the-scenes impact.
A devoted husband and father, Erik remains committed to strengthening Manchester and uplifting the community he proudly calls home.
Liz Salas is a Business Advisor at the Regional Economic Development Center (REDC), a nonprofit alternative lender supporting New Hampshire businesses with funding, advising, and resources. She counsels current and prospective clients on business planning, financial strategies, and marketing plan development, helping them overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
