Notifications or alerts that you have set up in Online Banking to notify you of balances changes, transactions exceeding a certain limit or direct deposits will need to be reset up within Online Banking after April 18.
After logging in, go to Settings, then click Alerts. Then select New Alert from the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the screen.
To set up a balance change alert, select new Account Alert. Choose the appropriate account and then choose Current or Available Balance and the alert amount. Current Balance reflects the balance in your account. Available Balance is the Current Balance less any pending transactions that have place a hold on funds in your account (such as a debit card transactions, or pending drafts that have not posted yet).
To set up a transaction alert, select new Transaction Alert and set up the type of transaction and the account.
To set up an alert for direct deposits, select new History Alert and choose debit transaction and the amount.Go to main navigation
