Technology Upgrade

We've accomplished a lot in the past year; EMV Chip Cards for our VISA cardholders, Apple Pay, and launched a responsive website for use on any type of devices, desktop to smartphone. At Bellwether, we are constantly seeking ways to improve service and accessibility for our members.

Now, we've enhanced your financial experience even more by updating more of our technology solutions, including our core banking system and online services. While we understand that change is sometimes difficult, we are excited about how these upgrades will improve our ability to serve our members' needs.

April 18

and later

Online / Mobile Access For your security, when you login on or after April 18, you will be prompted to request a Secure Access Code. This code will be sent to you via e-mail, text, or via phone to the contact information we have on file for the primary member. You will then be required to set a new password. If the contact information presented is not correct, please call us locally at 603-645-8090 or toll-free at 1-866-996-9828.

Joint Member Using Online / Mobile

To view their account relationships joint members need to set up a separate Login ID for themselves. Joint members may set up a separate Login ID by clicking on the First Time User link on and following the prompts to establish a Login ID and Password.
Mobile App You will need to download a new version of the Bellwether Mobile24 App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Mobile Text Banking You will need to re-enroll your mobile phone to bank via text message. Login to Online Banking using an Internet browser, select Services on the left navigation bar, and then select Text Banking to enable the service and enroll your phone.
CALL24 Automated Telephone Banking Your Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) will be reset to the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. You will be prompted to designate a new PIN. Please listen carefully as the menu and options will have changed.
