Collections Manager

Bellwether Community Credit Union (BCCU) is seeking a seasoned, outgoing, and energetic professional for the position of Collections Manager. This position will be responsible for supervising, organizing, planning, and controlling all operations of the Collections Department. This position is located at our Operations Center in Merrimack, NH.

Applicants should have an Associates Degree or equivalent certification and at least two years of experience in collections, experience in supervising multiple employees, and have the proven ability to manage difficult and complex member situations. Banking and/or credit union experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with in-depth knowledge of all state and federal regulations affecting collections.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work in high pressure situations with moving deadlines. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel required.
