Bellwether Community Credit Union (BCCU) is seeking a dependable, results-driven, service & sales representative to assist members from our uniquely small call and online member support center (The Contact Center).  With just 9 employees located at our Merrimack Operations Center, this is not your typical call center.  We are a team of member service representatives, with a penchant for technology, supporting our members through electronic channels and by phone.  The Contact Center Member Consultant will primarily help with member service and sales requests from incoming calls, online banking, as well as online loan applications.  They will work with existing members and prospective new members that contact us via phone or online inquiry, uncovering financial needs, and offering member-centric solutions.  This individual will market our products and services, cross-sell and process consumer loans (including vehicle loans, personal, credit card, and home equity lines).  Applicants should have a minimum of one year sales and/or call center experience in a financial institution, be comfortable with technology, and have a demonstrated track record of cross-selling success in a member/customer service environment.  Responsibilities include opening new deposit and loan accounts, fulfilling member requests and research.

This paid hourly position, with sales incentive benefits, requires intermediate computer skills (including MS Office Suite) and candidate should possess strong multi-tasking ability, excel in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, and be steadfast in achieving effective resolutions
