Enough is enough! I’m tired of hearing my own excuses play over and over again in my head. I have endless reasons why I haven’t returned to running, or making time for any type of regular exercise to my weekly routine, for that matter. It’s time! I owe it to myself and my body.
Physical activity has countless positive effects on our overall health and well-being. That is a scientifically proven fact. Looking back to when I was “in shape” and fitness was a part of my life, I realize how much better off I was. Mind you, some of my decline may be due (dare I say it…) to simply aging over the years, but I sincerely think that by leading a more active lifestyle, I will regain a healthier me.
