Bellwether Community Credit Union announces 2026 Board officer appointments

Bellwether Community Credit Union announces its 2026 Board of Directors officer appointments, reflecting the organization’s continued commitment to strong governance and community-focused leadership.

Gail Garceau has been named Chairperson of the Board. A dedicated member of the Bellwether community since 2014, Garceau also chairs the Personnel Committee and serves on the Governance Committee. She currently serves as President of the NH Children’s Health Foundation and previously held leadership roles as President/CEO of the New Hampshire Healthy Kids Corporation and General Manager of Well Sense Health Plan. Garceau has received numerous honors, including the Community Leadership Award from the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester and the Susan B. Anthony Award from the YWCA.

Kate Luczko has been appointed Vice Chairperson. A nonprofit and community leader, Luczko brings experience in workforce development, organizational strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. She has served on Bellwether’s Board since 2021, most recently as Secretary/Treasurer. In addition to her board service, she hosts a podcast and serves in adjunct faculty roles. She was named a 2025 Outstanding Woman in Business by the NH Business Review.

Seth Wall has been named Secretary/Treasurer. Wall has been involved with Bellwether since 2017, serving on the Advisory Committee before becoming a Director in 2018. He previously served as Vice Chairperson and as Board Chairperson from 2021 to 2023 and currently serves on the Governance and Personnel Committees. Wall is the Chief Administrative Officer at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and brings more than 25 years of experience in higher education leadership, finance, administration, and operations.
