CALL24 - Telephone Banking

CALL24 is Bellwether’s FREE 24/7 bank-by-phone service. Using your touchtone phone, an audio response system allows you to complete transactions, check balances and transfer funds between accounts, right from your phone! A Personal Identification Number (PIN) you set for each account, will protect your personal account information. All it takes is a simple, toll-free call to set up your CALL24 account.

  1. The first time you use CALL24, you will be need to establish a PIN for each individual account (savings (00), checking (63), etc.). You can use the same PIN for each account, or select different PINs, whichever is most convenient for you.
  2. After calling the number indicated above, select the appropriate option from the menu. Then follow the prompts. For example, if your member number is 1234 and you wish to be able to inquire on the balance of your checking account, select the “inquire” option from the menu, at the prompt, enter 1234 as your member number and 63 as your two digit account suffix. You will then be prompted to set up a PIN for suffix 63 by entering the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. If you then wish to be able to get the balance on your primary savings, you should set up a PIN for suffix “00” as well.
