As of 12/29/09, Special Home Equity Line:  As low as 4.99%, fixed for 3 years then as low as Prime - 1/2% (2.75%) Home Equity Line: As low as Prime - 1/2% (2.75%).  Maximum rate over the life of the loan for all lines is 18%. "% Financed" represents Market Value less outstanding mortgage balances. Homeowner's insurance is required. There are no closing costs or fees to open the line.
