If your busy schedule makes it difficult to wait in line for a teller, or get to BCCU during business hours then give Transact24 a try.
Unlike traditional ATMs, Transact24 offers members 24/7 access to many transactions that usually require a teller. For example, you can
- Make check or cash deposits
- Write and print cashier checks*
- Make account transfers and loan payments
- Print your account history, or get cash
The kiosks are located in the entryway of our Hooksett Road, Manchester and Amherst Street, Nashua branches and are accessible day or night (your ATM or debit cardA plastic card issued by a financial institution which customers can use to pay for purchases anywhere major credit cards are accepted; money is immediately deducted from a designated checking account. Can also be used at ATMs. Sometimes referred to as a check card. is required to access the machine after hours).
Nashua location -Just enter your WEB24/CALL24 Personal Identification Number (PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts.) or swipe your BCCU card. The Nashua kiosk offers the option of using your fingerprint as a precaution against identity theft.
Manchester location - Fingerprint access is not available at this location, however the system maintains your safety by requiring an ATM/debit cardA plastic card issued by a financial institution which customers can use to pay for purchases anywhere major credit cards are accepted; money is immediately deducted from a designated checking account. Can also be used at ATMs. Sometimes referred to as a check card. or other magnetic stripped card be used each time. Any credit card or plastic card with a magnetic strip, associated with the name on the account, will work!
We've recently upgraded our Manchester Transact24. On your first visit, you'll need to complete a simple one-time registration on the new machine with the following information from your existing Bellwether account(effective August 2010):
- Member #
- Social Security #
- Telephone #
- Address

Want to deposit cash or make a loan payment? Touch the appropriate menu area shown on the computer screen, and Transact24 guides you through the transaction. Unlike some ATMs that take deposits, Transact24 uses 21st-century imaging technology to give you a printed copy of every check or bill so you have a verifiable receipt of your deposited items. Transact24 also lets you write cashier's checks from your account with an on-screen keyboard ... then prints actual checks.*
You can also review and print up-to-the minute histories of your accounts.
