eStatementseStatements Provide Easy Tracking of Your BCCU Accounts
Say goodbye to unnecessary paperwork and tiresome filing when you sign up for eStatements. You'll receive your eStatement 3-5 days sooner than a traditional paper statement. Follow these steps to start enjoying the benefits of eStatements:
1. From BCCU's Home Page, log on to WEB24. Once in WEB24 go to Services & Prefs
2. In Select Message Type drop down box select Enroll for E-Statements
3. Click on Compose Message at right
4. Enter phone number for verification and email address
5. Check "I have read and agree to Terms & Conditions" box
6. Click Send Message
Your eStatement enrollment is complete. If at any time you decide you would rather have a paper statement simply follow the same steps, but select Un-Enroll from E-Statements from the Select Message Type drop down box. Your statement will revert back to paper for the next monthly cycle.
