Contact Center Financial Services RepresentativeManchester/Nashua, NHRequirements: Bellwether Community Credit Union (BCCU) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist members in our fast-paced call center (Contact Center). This growing Manchester-based department will be relocating to Nashua, NH in late 2009. This sales and service-focused position will entail member service calls and Web inquiries, processing and approving consumer loans (including vehicle secured, personal, credit card, and home equity loans/lines), and cross-selling additional products and services.
Applicants should have a minimum of one year risk-based consumer lending experience and member/customer service experience, be comfortable with lending compliance, and have a demonstrated track record of cross-selling success in a high volume member/customer service environment. Responsibilities include opening new deposit (IRAs, certificates) and loan accounts, fulfilling member requests, and research.
Position requires intermediate computer skills (including MS Office Suite) and candidate should possess strong multi-tasking ability, excel in a fast-paced environment, and be steadfast in achieving effective resolutions.
