IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying items.

MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
Rates are variable and may change at any time. Minimum balance of $2,500 required to open and obtain dividends. Fees may reduce earnings. Federally insured to at least $250,000 by the NCUA.

AUTO LOAN INFORMATION:
Auto Loan Rates indicated include a .10% discount for members with Loyalty Rewards Checking, and a .25% discount for payments made by automatic transfer/payment. Other rates and terms are available. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is variable and will be based on your credit worthiness and ability to repay. To calculate undiscounted rate, add back the appropriate discount(s) based on your specific situation. Annual Percentage Rates(APR) subject to change without notice. Title, UCC & VSI fees will be charged when necessary. A loan of $10,000 at 2.00% APR with a 3-year term results in 36 monthly payments of $286.40.

ALL HOME EQUITY LINES OF CREDIT:
Annual Percentage Rates (APR) are subject to change at any time. Rates shown are for well qualified applicants. Your actual rate will be determined by your credit worthiness and ability to pay. Rates are variable, and based on Wall Street Journal Prime (as of 01/01/14, 3.25%). An annual fee of $50 is charged at each anniversary. Lines in a trust will be subject to a $175 trust review fee at closing. Homeowner’s insurance is required. An early termination fee of $344 will apply if the line is closed within 3 years from account opening. If you pay interest only, you still the amount drawn and the monthly payment will increase when the interest only period ends.

HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT:
As of 01/01/2014, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) was as low as 2.75% based on a Wall Street Journal Prime Rate of 3.25% APR. Rate shown includes a .25% discount for payments made by automatic transfer/payment using a BCCU account. Maximum Loan-to-Value is 85% of Market Value less outstanding mortgage balances. The variable APR will not exceed 18%. Minimum line is $10,000 and the maximum line is $249,000.

HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT SPECIAL:
Introductory fixed rate as low as 2.75% APR for 24 months. At the end of the 24-month fixed introductory period, the line converts to a variable rate based on a margin as low as the WSJ Prime Rate minus .50%. As of 01/01/2014, this would have been as low as 2.75% APR based on the WSJ Prime of 3.25%. Rate shown includes a .24% discount for the fixed rate, and a .25% discount for the variable rate for payments made by automatic transfer/payment using a BCCU account. Maximum Loan-to-Value is 85% of Market Value less outstanding mortgage balances. This offer is for new BCCU lines only. The variable APR will not exceed 18%. Minimum line is $10,000 and the maximum line is $249,000. This offer is subject to change at any time.

HOME EQUITY PLUS LINE OF CREDIT:
As of 01/01/2014, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) was as low as 5.25% APR based on the WSJ Prime Rate of 3.25%. An application fee of $250 is due at closing. Maximum Loan-to-Value is 100% of Market Value less outstanding mortgage balances. The variable rate will not go below 5% APR and will not exceed 18% APR. Minimum line is $10,000 and the maximum line is $175,000.

How Long will the Penalty APR Apply? If your APRs are increased for these reasons, the Penalty APR will apply until you make at least six (6) consecutive minimum payments when due.

How to Avoid Paying Interest on Purchases Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you any interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month.

How We Will Calculate Your Balance
We use a method called "average daily balance (including new purchases)."

Introductory APR on Purchases and Balance Transfers
The introductory APR as disclosed above is valid for the first 12 billing cycles after account opening and is based on certain creditworthiness criteria. When the discounted period expires, the APR for existing balances will increase to the new non-discounted rate on the first day of the billing cycle.

Loss of Introductory APR
We may end your Introductory APR for purchases and balance transfers and apply the Penalty APR if you are 65 days late in making a payment.

Application of Penalty APR
Your APR may be increased to the disclosed Penalty APR if you are 65 days late in making a payment.

OTHER DISCLOSURES
Late Payment Fee $25.00 or the amount of the required minimum payment, whichever is less, if you are one (1) or more days late in making a payment.
Returned Payment Fee $10.00 or the amount of the required minimum payment, whichever is less.

CU REWARDS PROGRAM:
Points will expire three years from the end of the calendar year in which they are earned, and will expire on a first-in, first-out basis annually. For example, if points are earned in 2006, 2006 is considered calendar year one, and 2009 is considered calendar year four. Points from 2006, calendar year one, will expire after December 31, 2009, which is the end of calendar year four.

The maximum number of points that can be earned in any year is 50,000.

Dividends are compounded and paid monthly. Each member account is Federally Insured to at least $250,000 by the NCUA, a U.S. Government Agency. Please call to confirm the most current rates. Early withdrawal from certificate accounts will result in a loss of earnings penalty.
